the tiny netpd-gem patch does now broadcast controller data exept [reset, create, 1, lighting 1( that might be something which the user can decide to turn on/off.

netpd-x added so our tiny netpd-gem patch can save it's controller values and if a new user appears it dumps all controll-data to her/his socket.
